ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

The one-on-one coaching services provided are based on the Excelerator Coaching System from Essential Impact, taught through the Graduate Program for Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University, and is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). All coaching services, leadership assessments, professional development and facilitated workshops are delivered by ICF accredited coaches.

The Excelerator Executive Coaching is co-creating a safe space to partner in a thought-provoking, creative and results-oriented and transformative process. A systematic approach to helping our brains build new views of what’s possible, discover blind spots and opportunities through focused conversations, genuine feedback and thoughtful reflections to unearth previously unseen abilities. Together we will work towards innovation and new discoveries to increase capacity for growth, tap into strengths, feel empowered to test assumptions, develop accountability, achieve goals and confidently take purposeful action.

Coaching is the practice of supporting individual self-awareness, observation and self-evaluation to increase accountability and effectiveness of making decisions, solving problems and taking purposeful action. When we can build awareness of our restrictive assumptions, biases of ourselves and the world, we can begin to reconnect at a deep personal level of beliefs, values and vision. This helps us discover more creative and resourceful ways of creating vibrant workplaces, successful career paths, fulfilling lives and a learner’s mindset. With a little creative tension let us help you discover your true inner reflection and unearth your unique, imperfect and brilliant self.

We can utilize assessments to tap into your core values and strengths to build greater awareness of how to take ownership of your piece of the solution towards achieving meaningful growth and success. This deeper learning and self-actualization will not only help you grow but advance others around you and the success of the whole organization.

The process

It is designed to meet for one hour every couple of weeks based on either a 6-month, 9-month or 12-month engagement period. Our clients share with us how much they look forward to these reflective and thoughtful opportunities, and how making time for this in their busy schedules is critical in their leadership development.

• We will launch with a discovery session to set the foundation for where we are at and where we want to go. Together we will set your goals, and if we are also working with your organization, we will align your organizational goals and help you achieve them.
• We use industry-leading, science-based personal development assessments to help you better understand yourself AND others at the workplace. It measures your individual tendencies and patterns of behavior, designed to support deeper understanding of what influences our thoughts and actions. Together we will go through the comprehensive report to explore your core strengths and the potential areas for development that will help build upon the foundation.
• We will wrap up with a launch-forward session to realize and sustain the meaningful change and growth discovered. We will highlight the action plan going forward and explore what’s next.
