The EQ 360® is one of the most powerful tools for building self-awareness for leaders. It helps answer that question by combining your self-assessment with feedback from the people who work closest to you — giving you a clear, balanced picture of how you show up as a leader, both in your own eyes and in the eyes of others
While the EQ-i 2.0 measures how you see yourself, the EQ 360 adds valuable perspective from peers, direct reports, and supervisors. Together, those insights help you develop emotional intelligence in the workplace by identifying strengths you can build on and blind spots that might be holding you back.

Leadership happens in relationship. Emotional intelligence is what helps you manage those relationships with empathy, clarity, and consistency — even when things get messy.
The EQ 360 helps you see how your emotions, reactions, and communication style impact others. Sometimes you'll find your self-perception matches what others see. Other times you'll uncover blind spots that explain why certain interactions feel harder than they should. That's what makes it such a practical tool for self-awareness for leaders at every level.
That’s the power of the 360 view: it helps you connect the dots between your intentions and your impact. With that awareness, you can lead with more authenticity, strengthen trust, and create an environment where your team feels supported and engaged.
We can’t always control what happens around us, but we can control how we respond — and that’s often what separates good leaders from great ones.
The EQ 360 measures emotional intelligence in the workplace across five key areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision-Making, and Stress Management. Each area includes subscales that reveal how your emotional patterns influence your leadership style and workplace relationships.
You’ll respond to 133 statements about how you think and behave, which takes about 20 minutes to complete. Your chosen raters — peers, managers, direct reports, or others — answer a similar set of questions to offer their perspective.
When the results are combined, you’ll see where your view of yourself aligns with others’ experiences, and where you might want to focus your development. Those small gaps often hold the biggest opportunities for growth.
Once the 360 assessment is complete, that’s where the real work (and value!) begins.
